Essential Health Plus Physiotherapy
Essential Health Plus physiotherapy has been established since 1994.
The practice principal, Paul O'Callaghan, has developed an approach called Peak Performance Physiotherapy which involves a comprehensive assessment and treatment of all types of injuries.
The approach involves biomechanical assessment, muscle testing, posture analysis and use of digital technology including stills, video and real time ultrasound to maximise the patient outcomes and return the person to full function.
It also involves a hands on approach with one-on-one for a full half-hour. There is a gym on-site for patients to use to further enhance their treatment.
The clinic also has graded physiotherapy exercise classes that suit all patients. The advantages of these classes include indivdual exercise prescription and maximum class size of four.
